Janet Horras, BA, has over 36 years of experience in the home visiting field. Janet began her career as a home visitor and recently completed twenty-five years of working as the state home visiting administrator for Iowa. Janet is a founding member of the National Association of State and Tribal Home Visiting Initiatives and co-founder and Executive Director of the Institute for the Advancement of Family Support Professionals.

LaKeeshia Sandlin, BA, MA has served as Program Director of TCR Parents as Teachers Home Visiting Program in her hometown of Talladega, Alabama, for the past eleven years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s in Family & Community Services, and her many years of experience serving children and families have added to the insight she brings to her role.
