Sondra Horowitz is the Senior Director of Quality Improvement at Parents as Teachers National Center and has been with the organization for over 20 years. She oversees the Quality Endorsement and Improvement Process for PAT affiliates; develops resources and tools to support model fidelity and quality; participates in research projects; and contributes to the writing of curricula and training.
