PAT Engage Satisfaction Survey

Accessing the PAT Engage Satisfaction Survey is now easier for families, with a new Quick Link added to the home screen of the app when they log in. We encourage affiliates to highlight this new Quick Link and invite families to complete the survey. Whether during a visit or through a message in the app, a brief prompt can help draw attention to the new Quick Link.

We invite users to fill out our satisfaction survey for PAT Engage. Your feedback helps us improve PAT Engage to better serve you and the families you support.

Parent educators are also encouraged to complete the survey. Every response helps us better understand how PAT Engage is working across programs and strengthens the support we can offer. In addition to the Quick Link, the survey can also be accessed through this link or by scanning the QR code.

 

PAT Engage

PAT Engage is a secure, user-friendly communication and engagement tool available to all Parents as Teachers affiliates as a benefit of affiliation. Parents can easily communicate via text, voice or video recording, and access curricula and other resources in one place! PAT Engage offers:

  • A dedicated place for parent educators and parents or other caregivers to hold conversations
  • Parent-facing handouts and activity pages that can be shared with families
  • A video conferencing platform
  • Visit scheduling with parents
  • A digital way to send reminders for group connections, community events and other important dates

 

Ready to Start Using PAT Engage?

If you haven’t joined PAT Engage yet, it is easy to get started! Affiliates can complete this form to request an invitation to access PAT Engage. All parent educators in your affiliate will receive the invitation email to get started.

We encourage you to visit the Model Implementation Workspace and check out the PAT Engage tab to access adoption materials and learn more! We have user guides and training videos available to help you get started and feel confident using PAT Engage to support your work with families.

In addition to these materials, you can also register for our upcoming PAT Engage Office Hours on the Model Implementation Workspace. These sessions offer a great opportunity to ask questions, explore features, and learn from real-time demonstrations. Be sure to register and join the conversation!
