Parents as Teachers, the largest evidence-based home visiting program in the United States, expanded its global presence with 21 new international affiliates in the first four months of 2025.
The expansion of Parents as Teachers HEALTH, a project fighting maternal death rates in Nigeria, accounts for 20 of those new affiliates. Funded by a National Institute of Health ENHANCE Project grant and implemented in partnership with Washington University, the project continues through 2028.
