Looking for a way to enhance communication and engagement with families? Try our app, PAT Engage! PAT Engage is an optional tool available to all Parents as Teachers affiliates as a benefit of affiliation, designed to support communication with families by providing a single platform to have conversations, share curricula and resources, and host virtual visits.

What is PAT Engage?

PAT Engage is a secure, user-friendly platform that is designed to support your efforts to build strong communication and engagement with the families you serve. Parents can easily communicate via text, voice or video recording, and access curricula and other resources in one place! PAT Engage offers:

• A dedicated place for parent educators and parents or other caregivers to hold conversations
• Parent-facing handouts and activity pages that can be shared with families
• A video conferencing platform
• Visit scheduling with parents
• A digital way to send reminders for group connections, community events and other important dates

PAT Engage supports the work you are already doing by making communication more streamlined and accessible. You can access the platform in two convenient ways: directly through a web browser or by downloading the mobile app. The mobile app is available on both the App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android.

If you’re ready to get started, PAT Engage is available to explore! Affiliates can complete this form to request an invitation to access PAT Engage. All parent educators in your affiliate will receive the invitation email to get started.

Resources & Support

We encourage you to visit the Model Implementation Workspace and check out the PAT Engage tab to access adoption materials and learn more! We have user guides and training videos available to help you get started and feel confident using PAT Engage to support your work with families.

In addition to these materials, you can also register for our upcoming PAT Engage Office Hours. These sessions offer a great opportunity to ask questions, explore features, and learn from real-time demonstrations. Be sure to register and join the conversation!

PAT Engage Satisfaction Survey

As we continue to support affiliates in using PAT Engage, we want to hear from you. Parent educators and families are both invited to complete the PAT Engage Satisfaction Survey and share their experiences with the platform. Your feedback helps us improve PAT Engage to better serve you and the families you support. Parent educators and families can access the survey through this link.

Parents as Teachers National Center also added a Quick Link to the survey on the PAT Engage home screen that families will see when they log in. This Quick Link offers an easy way for families to find and complete the survey. During visits or through messages in the app, we encourage parent educators to share this Quick Link so families know the survey is available.
