Personalize What You Share with PAT Engage

 

PAT Engage is designed to help Parents as Teachers affiliates connect and communicate with families in one convenient app. From sharing curriculum handouts to connecting families with resources, PAT Engage keeps everything organized and accessible. With personalization and annotation tools, parent educators can highlight key information, add notes and comments, record audio or video messages, and customize shared resources to better support each family’s unique needs.

 

What is PAT Engage?

PAT Engage is a secure, easy-to-use platform available to all Parents as Teachers affiliates as a benefit of affiliation. It provides a dedicated space where parent educators and families can stay connected through messaging, sharing resources, and virtual visits. You can access PAT Engage from any web browser or by downloading the mobile app on iOS or Android.

PAT Engage helps you:

  • Stay connected: Send messages and share updates with families.
  • Share resources easily: Provide parent handouts, activity pages, and local information.
  • Personalize what you share: Highlight key information, add notes and comments, and record audio or video messages to make the shared resources more meaningful and accessible for each family.
  • Host virtual visits: Use the built-in video feature.
  • Request signatures: Collect digital signatures on required forms.
  • Keep families informed: Schedule visits and send reminders for group connections, community events, and other important dates.

PAT Engage supports your efforts to build strong communication and meaningful connections with every family you serve. Whether you’re highlighting important information, adding comments, recording yourself reading a handout, or requesting an e-signature on a form, PAT Engage makes it easy to personalize what you share and provide families with the support they need in a way that works for them.

 

Ready to Join PAT Engage?

If you haven’t joined PAT Engage yet, it is easy to get started! Affiliates can complete this form to request an invitation to access PAT Engage. All parent educators in your affiliate will receive the invitation email to get started.

 

Resources & Support

We encourage you to visit the Model Implementation Workspace and check out the PAT Engage tab to access adoption materials and learn more. We have user guides and training videos available to help you get started and feel confident using PAT Engage to support your work with families.

In addition to these materials, you can also register for our upcoming PAT Engage Office Hours. These sessions offer a great opportunity to ask questions, explore features, and learn from real-time demonstrations. Be sure to register and join the conversation!

PAT Engage Satisfaction Survey

As we continue to support affiliates in using PAT Engage, we want to hear from you. Parent educators and families are both invited to complete the PAT Engage Satisfaction Survey and share their experiences with the platform. Your feedback helps us improve PAT Engage to better serve you and the families you support. Parent educators and families can access the survey through this link.

Parents as Teachers National Center also added a Quick Link to the survey on the PAT Engage home screen that families will see when they log in. This Quick Link offers an easy way for families to find and complete the survey. During visits or through messages in the app, we encourage parent educators to share this Quick Link so families know the survey is available.
