Adriann has an extensive background in financial management and accounting. She began her career at the national center in January 2020, first as the Director of Accounting then as the Controller prior to her current position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to the national center, she worked at St. Louis County as a Budget Analyst and DHS Director of Financial Services and Information Systems respectively from 2014 to 2020.
Adriann earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a specialization in finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
She is an East St. Louis, IL. native, is married to Martin Gulley, and they have two adult sons.
