The Parents as Teachers program in the Bethlehem School District’s in Allentown, PA., recently celebrated its 30th anniversary where attending parents shared their gratitude and told stories of how Parents as Teachers has positively affected their lives. Students performed at the celebration and the town’s mayor’s office presented a resolution and declared May 30, 2024, as Parents as Teachers Day in Bethlehem. Parents as Teachers is available to Bethlehem residents and is located at the Mervine School Family Center.
