Parents as Teachers AFFILIATE

(ORGANIZATION)

For organizations that want to and are funded to implement the nationally recognized evidence-based Parents as Teachers home visiting model. High-quality replication produces strong, significant outcomes for children and families. Organizations interested in affiliation must complete the new affiliate application process which includes completion, review, and approval of an Affiliate Plan. Supporting resources and guidance are provided by your Parents as Teachers State Office or Parents as Teachers National Center. The new affiliate process helps to ensure that programs are designed to meet the Parents as Teachers Essential Requirements as well as best practice standards.  After completing training, individuals are “Model Certified”, with access to online materials for both Curriculum and Model Implementation as well as access to the Penelope Data Management System.
