PAT Engage

PAT Engage is a no-cost tool available to all Parents as Teachers affiliates as a benefit of affiliation. It is a secure, user-friendly communication and engagement platform that is a dedicated place for parent educators and families to hold conversations and host virtual visits, and it allows programs to digitally send reminders for group connections, community events, and other resources.

Key features of PAT Engage:

• Confidential conversations with families
• Ability to share parent handouts and activity pages easily within conversations
• Host virtual visits within PAT Engage
• Request digital signatures
• Share information about upcoming Group Connections

You can access PAT Engage in two convenient ways: directly through a web browser or by downloading the mobile app. The mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android.

To support your affiliate’s use of PAT Engage, the Model Implementation Workspace has a variety of tools and resources available to guide your team.

• Staff Activity Page – Designed to help staff get familiar with PAT Engage and how it can support their work with families.
• Welcome to PAT Engage – Parent handout available to introduce families to the platform.
• Training Guides and Videos – Step-by-step instructions for both the mobile app and desktop version.
• Recorded Office Hours – Watch past sessions to hear insights from other affiliates and watch demos from Moxo, the developers of PAT Engage.
• Testimonial Video – See how affiliates are using this tool to engage with families.

These materials can be found by logging into your Parents as Teachers ePortal and navigating to OLIVER > Model Implementation > PAT Engage.
