Recognizing the need for new affiliate supervisors to have an opportunity to dig deeper into the Model Implementation resources and supervisory tools, the national office is offering a two-day institute for new affiliate supervisors that will focus on both structural and process fidelity.

The New Supervisor Institute provides an opportunity for new supervisors to dive deeper into the tools and processes for implementing a quality Parents as Teachers affiliate. Supervisors will

  • Gain knowledge about the Parents as Teachers resources necessary for service delivery, program implementation and quality assurance as introduced by national office staff

  • Understand real life application of tools and processes through engagement in group activities

  • Establish peer networks with supervisors around the country

  • Connect with their Implementation Support Provider and other Parents as Teachers National Center staff.

We are offering a special price for this inaugural institute of $375 which will include

  • Two days of interactive learning with supervisors from around the country

  • Opportunities to connect in meaningful ways with Implementation Support Staff

  • Lunch both days

  • Dinner with Constance Gully, CEO of Parents as Teachers

Supervisors must have attended Foundational and Model Implementation training and have been with their Parents as Teachers affiliate no longer than 18 months. If new supervisors are unable to attend our inaugural institute, the institute will be offered again later this year at the price of $450.
