Penelope resources are moving to O.L.I.V.E.R.
The Penelope training resources, including Guided Learning, User Guides, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) will soon be moving to O.L.I.V.E.R., Parents as Teachers’ new learning management system.
We believe the resources will be easier to navigate, and O.L.I.V.E.R. has some exciting new capabilities. We look forward to working with affiliates and exploring how they can best use this system to train their staff to use Penelope effectively.
MIECHV and Tribal MIECHV reports
We’re happy to be able to provide data for the MIECHV and Tribal MIECHV Form 1, 2, and 4 reports. These complex reports utilize data that’s already captured in Penelope, and allow affiliates to review and troubleshoot their data before it’s submitted.
If your affiliate, funder or state is interested in a custom report, please complete the request form and choose the New Data Set option.
The Penelope team is excited to collaborate with Arizona First Things First (FTF) around customizations to the Penelope system. This will allow affiliates to enter funder-specific data, along with Parents as Teachers requirements, and get funder-specific reports, eliminating the need for data entry into multiple systems and allowing Parent Educators to put more of their focus into high quality services to the families of their community. We will also be providing face-to-face trainings to help FTF affiliates use the system effectively.
If you have questions, we are here to help! Penelope specialists are available during regular business hours (8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Central Time) to help you.
